Here's What We'll Do In Your Introductory Session & Consultation
You'll get a chance to see how our fully-equipped private personal training suite and how it's perfectly set up to allow you to get in and get out. Unlike the gyms, there's no distractions, no waiting for equipment, and no judgement.
You'll get a chance to experience what it's like to work with a personal trainer if you never have before and see if you like it. It will give us an opportunity to assess your fitness, strengths, and weakness as we analyse your body in motion through a series of exercise. DON'T WORRY! This workout is designed for all fitness levels & abilities because we don't know yours yet. This is exactly why we do the Introductory Session, so we can understand your personal situation.
After your workout, we'll sit down for your consultation to discuss your goals and personal situation. Based on what we observed in your session and what we discuss in your consultation, we will provide you a program recommendation, how to best utilize our service offerings, and a detailed plan for achieve your health and fitness goals.
